Business Travel Counsellor with native French, excellent English and Amadeus

As a member of a multilingual and multicultural company, with a supportive and friendly environment, you will be responsible for the integral travel management for German and French or English business travellers.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent customer service support to clients
- Processing efficiently travelling reservations via email and telephone for business clients, respecting the company policies
- Ensuring the complete reservations cycle, from the first contact received until the verification of the customer satisfaction
- Pro actively search the best market offers
- Support travellers in all issues related to the travels: general country information, visa and passport issues, etc.
