Its Accommodation & Destinations sector offers hotel accommodation and destination services (e.g. transfers, excursions, cruise ship handling, meeting & incentives) through its brands such as Intercruises and Hotelbeds.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world, with a clear focus on providing its customers with excellent and efficient services.
Main Responsibilities:
•Handling and arranging excursions operations agreed with our Cruise clients, throughout all different stages involved in the process: blocks and reservations with providers, controlling operations in-situ at Pier (or other places required) and closing all invoicing procedures related to our department's operations;
•Keeping constant contact, reserving and updating providers accordingly, in regard to products/services required for our excursions operations;
•Keeping constant contact with ships and respective Shore Excursion Teams onboard cruises, in order to review, update and arrange all final details, according to programs agreed for any given call date;
•Closing all invoicing and data loading procedures, at department's operational but not charge/payment level, both in regard to our Clients (Cruises) and Providers.
Expérience requise
• Experience in working with large scale tour groups organization or, preferably, cruise operations;
• Experience working onboard a ship, either at Excursions or Reception, will be considered a plus;
• Very high Level of French and English, both written and spoken, are a must;
• Highly organized and methodical person, with the ability to perform both independently and in teamwork;
• Good Communication skills, not afraid from interaction with people and with the ability to maintain high level of Customer Service, quite often in very demanding situations;
• Shifts flexibility and excellent disposition to deal with last minute changes;
• Microsoft office user;
• Availability to start in this position as soon as possible.
Diplôme minimum : Brevet de Technicien Suppérieur
Expérience : 1 à 2 ans
